We at the Spark Project would like to award credit where credit is due, by showcasing some
of the bright, 'hip' new blogs. Always on the lookout for singular blogging craftsmanship,
we have found six distinctive entries for you to enjoy. Each one slots right in with the
innovative writing, and inventive ideas we have come to admire. With a mixture of diverse
topics, brand new viewpoints, creative stances and intriguing opinions, everyone will find
something to smile about in these entries.
The Brothers Frost
If you’re the type who wants to know what’s shiny, and
right off the Internet assembly line, this blog is perfect. It satisfies all craving for
knowledge by being the complete suppository of online lore. From funnies to quirk,
to ironic musings and apt observations, the Brothers Frost has it all.
This blog displays some truly cheeky work, with a daring
blogger who will surely have you in stitches within a few sentences. She tackles
everything from hilarious trolling to sarcastic advice, and even goes so far as to take
on major banks. Though relatively new, the Spark Project definitely looks forward to
more eccentric, sassy posts from our very own writer.
A Fistful of Focus
Another newish blog with a master who adores chronicling his
every day gallivanting into uproarious – possibly tall – tales. You’ll be taken all over
Korea, and into the depths of his air conditioner. You will learn all about the eastern
culture, before being brought back down to his speculative thoughts on public
posters, friendly animatronic women and adorable little Fanta bottles.
Local music lover, band manager, SEO freak and designer Lana Oosthuizen takes us through her brilliant mind on an express train to news on local events, her creative works and of course, her pride and joy - the band Red Tape Riot.
Little Miss Mission Impossible’s blog
A true patriotic set of entries, with a
keen, sporty edge. Often amusing, with insightful thoughts and well-spun tales
of sporting adventures, this blog is well worth the read. LMMI provides a positive
outlook on the unity athletic competition brings our country, along with a few laughs.
Life Quest (and other stuff)
Written by an inspirational woman named Suki
Lock, you’ll find yourself taken in by her commitment to making the most out of life.
Her blog is a fascinating journey of positivity, overcoming trials, and boosting the
vital elements of her own life. You’ll find yourself looking forward to just what she
has to say next.
Know any other good ones? Tell us about them and we'll be sure to take a look!
